I had no idea what the weighing and measuring process would entail, but those first several pictures are of Carla and Beth weighing a Viper. She had this very cool set-up; four pads that the boat sat on and then she read the attached insturment panel. I guess it is air driven somehow.

Cost was $50 if you wanted a stamped, official cert. I got mine! So the next time someone says my spinnaker is oversized, they may get to read for themselves at very close range.
