I was referring to plans for home-built 14' cats. I've found a few - the best of the bunch appears to be the Quattro 14 http://www.sailingcatamarans.com/quattro14.htm.

I'm not particularly convinced that a catamaran with a publicity shot showing it being sailed while sitting on a beach chair is going to be high performance, as was the case for one plan I came across.
