Not such a big call for the race officer. It was steady under 22 for the start and we had 5 or 6 rescue boats out with not a very large fleet to cover. With a boat standing off all the the marks and the speed we were travelling you'd be noticed pretty quickly if you didn't show at the next one. They did a great job; must have been bloody awful bobbing around in that stuff.

Are you going to join us a Rye on the 21st for a pre states hit out?
