There are just two shackles.

One 5/16" Bell for the forestay and shrouds. Hangs from the lower hole.

One 1/4" Bell for the trapeze wires. The shackle pin passes through the upper hole and the body (bell or hoop) of the shackle passes through the large / Center hole. Hang one set on each side of the tang.
