Straight track dosnt work worth a s#$%! Curved track rules. cANT GET SHEET TENSION WITHOUT CUTTING OFF THE SLOT. I wasnt yelling.
As far as using the 1x1x1/8 SQ stock for supports, I had what I had, so I used it. Worked great, If you come up w a better option, it's your boat.

As long as the 1x12's are cut square, the sq stock stays in pretty well. I had a plastic mallet to tap it around a little if it started to move up or down.
