I have a Wave "classic" (i.e. not a Club Wave). This is the one that has the quick to take apart tramp. I'm
having problems keeping it tight enough and have several thoughts (and would appreicate any comments/help).

1) I keep my boat set up at all times. I presume it would be a good idea to detension the tramp.
2) The velcro straps connecting the tramp to the rear cross bar come UNDER the bar, they could be remounted to
come OVER the rear cross bar.
3) Convert to a normal (i.e Club Wave) tramp-like setup. This is a little trickier I think. I believe that the tramp
track on a Std Wave is different that on a Club Wave. The Std Wave's tracks open upward and have these
stainless brackets for a cable to pass through. I think that using a normal tramp would either cut the tramp
(because of the 90 degree angle it would have to make) or bend the track. I'm pretty sure I could buy 4 more of
the stainless brackets, run a 1/4 inch stainless rod through the 5 brackets and use that to support a tramp
with center/rear lacing. The front and rear tracks have the normal tramp slot in them. Obviously a custom made
tramp would be required for this. (Replacing the tracks won't work because the hardware inside the hulls will fall
off if I remove all of the screws on the tracks).

Any ideas/comments?
