I have heard that some of the Singapore F16s have hit peaks of 22 or so, but that is super flat and super warm water. I think warm v cold water has an impact on speed.
Where are these "Singapore F16's" located, exactly? I'm in Tokyo right now, leaving for Singapore tonight at 7pm. I'll be laying over there for 27 hours tomorrow into the next day, then back to Tokyo. I'd love to find a sailing club down there if you know where they hang out.
