Why not leave your boat, gear, and car (if you can get by without it for a week) in Pensacola and fly back and forth for the week in between events? I have been commuting weekly for almost a year and a half from Pensacola to Raleigh. You can pick up an ailine ticket for around $188. I am sure some of us locals could accommodate your boat/car for a week or find you a safe place to keep it. I'll offer you my place now. I'm 5 minutes from the airport.
