He asked about the inside bolt, which is through bolted with a nylon locking nut and washer on the inside of the hull. You have to go through the inspection port to access. You will need a fairly long wrench to reach the nut. There is probably reinforcement glassed in the area.
Which inside bolt on the front. I thought there is only one on each side of each hull and each one goes to SS threaded bar under the deck lip.
