I want to get my number, from reading the pasts post's, it seems like the Class assigns Hull Numbers.....Do I need Sail Numbers to race at HCA events?

Welcome and Waves are really pretty neat little boats.
We have several races coming up in Florida this winter, but you may want to shoot for the Hobie Mid-Winters East at Daytona, April 13-15.
There will be a nice fleet of Waves and a wide range of skills. You ought to be somewhat competitive right out of the box with your background.
We use bow numbers rather than sail numbers.
