Tramp material is cheap.
http://www.sailrite.com/Trampoline-Mesh-Black-74If you cut out the tramp, lay it out and then pin or tape everything together so that the sailmaker only has to sew it together, they will only charge you a couple of hours labor. I use thin beads of hot glue or heat applied tape to hold everything together.
You can sew it yourself. A home machine will sew it easily. The learning curve is steep. I think my first one took 10 hrs and my second one about 2 hours to sew and for my third one $100 in labor at the sailmaker seemed cheap.
