What does it do that a regular Phantom/F18 doesnt?
Its not actually flying is it? Why would I want this over a regular F18?

Dave, you know you need no additional magic for that to happen! In fact, introducing more variables into the equation only serves to detract from your glistening tanned man flesh, that silky manicured hair, the gleaming smile, and the female-underwear-melting voice. No boat could ever enhance your sexy womanizer charm. I remember seeing you jogging at Spring Fever with sweat dripping off that tanned brow in slow motion. If I swung that way, you wouldn't be able to keep me away.
