Wed Night Multihull Racing at Sail Sand Point in Seattle starts May 8. Bring your own boat, or borrow a SSP H-16 or Wave. Racing starts at 6:30 PM, or when ever we are on the water. Informal fun event, followed by dinner. Cost is $5.00 per person to cover the price of the food.

If you want to use a SSP boat, Skipper is to sign out boat, and is subject to the rules,http://www.sailsandpoint.org/open-boating/passes-punchcards/ You may also use volunteer hours to qualify. All sailors on SSP boats must also have a current Medical Waiver form on record. See Dockmaster for forms and boat sign out. Jerry Valeske or I can sign your qualification on the form, if you do not already have one.

Since Hobie 101 is on May 11, and The Fun Sail follows on May 12, you may come down to the Wed. night racing and leave your boat in the compound, until Sunday. Just leave it on the trailer, in case we have to move it.

Hope to see you on the water, to kick off our sailing season.

Looking for a good deal on a Hobie 16? We still have four available, see example on Craigs list http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/boa/3763965737.html
