The registration deadline is months away... the USA has 11 pre qualified spots and two more to be awarded soon. NA has 21 spots. No way to tell how many more are planning to go down there and attempt to qualify on site. Usually there is a large qualifing round.

Hotel registrations are going at a brisk pace. There was a discount deadline as of October 31st and another at the end of November. At the end of October, I understand that the reservations clerk (for the event) was overwhelmed.
