These rules have been revised for clarity as follows:

1) Rudders: While racing, rudders will remain down but can be lifted or canted to clear an obstruction and or debris. Lifting and locking one rudder up out of the water for extended periods is prohibited.

2) Rig: A line attached to the bridle wire and cleat w/fairlead mounted on the front cross bar is allowed to tension the rig.

3)Crew Weight: Minimum crew weight is adopted as set by HCA.
