Biggest issue is the cold water

even on sunny days the water temp is the biggest killer for an enjoyable days sailing...... as a result I have a 6mm full body wetsuit with an additional 4mm of wetsuit material sewn in that runs from just under the shoulder blades to the top of the buttocks.
the side coverage is basically from under the armpit to the other armpit

this keeps the kidneys and back nice n warm and makes the day a whole lot more enjoyable



As for regular sailing..... yep I'll still be hitting the local waters for a play but mainly on the nicer days
