To get to the staging area, drive all the way to the end of Spinnaker Drive, and pull into to the dirt lot next to the Channel Island National Park Office... You'll see the outriggers and that's the spot..

With this, NO CARS AND/OR TRUCKS ARE PERMITTED TO THE WATERS EDGE... SET YOUR BOAT UP IN THE LOT AND BEACH-WHEEL IT DOWN...
