Couldn't give it up entirely. I was full swing into prepping for the T500 with Bailey at that point and it was probably one of the most fulfilling times of sailing I've had.

I don't own the boat anymore, but anytime I'm around the water, it still calls back to me. Not sure how much racing is in my blood at this point but I'm getting the itch again.

I also enjoyed hanging out with you guys at the regattas way too much to give it up. I always thought that the people and the parties were most of the reason to keep travelling for sailing.

I miss hanging out with all of my friends in GA and FL. It's tough being land locked and boatless. But it'll happen again soon... (I hope)
