I don't think there is an upper limit on the number of teams that can enter - especially for those coming from out of state. Don't know when registration will open for '06. The race is now organized by the Great Texas fleet (Steve Piche is commodore) and the fleet will be taking a break for a couple of months until planning for next year starts.
