The simple fact is there hasn't been a decent president in the United States since Teddy Roosevelt. There's probably only a handful that could even be called satisfactory human beings. The current occupant of that seat, at any given point, is usually "The worst president in history". All that means is the current criminal edged out the previous criminal.
