I can't explain it well. Perhaps another Solo~Right user can explain it. Here is my best try:
reeling in the forward end of the righting line loop, hand over hand, takes the sailor toward the front cross beam and away from the centerboard. A sudden duck and reach toward the dolphin striker, using the water as a foundation from which to bolt and the righting as a place to push away from, sends the sailor to the inside of the falling hull.
