Hey, Bob. Already there is a big problem with the boat rules as published. You list the "boat length" as 14' 3". That SHOULD read "HULL LENGTH" 14' 3". Big difference. Boat length counts rudders and spinnaker poles and every other part of the boat. Agreed? I believe everyone understood that we were voting on a max hull length but that is not what we have right now.

One other note. WOW, eleven people constitute "masses"!
