Use a foam FUN NOODLE with a rope through the middle. loop it around the front hulls while you're rigging, acts like a boat bumper from the bottom up. $2 apiece at Wally World or Target or K-mart, easy to clean/store and replace when worn out.<br><br>Hobie 17
