Hi, The 17th annual Race Around Shelter Island was held Saturday, July 10th. This is approximately 22 miles rhumbline around a picturesque island and surroundings on Eastern Long Island, NY. It was also the 34th annual longest sunfish race in the world. Thanks to Ken Richter, 17 years ago, the two races have been held together ever since. Great winds, great race. Results attached.
