Yes, these are few and far between...I've never seen a set of the templates, this despite being the son of one of the guys that ran the SailCraft of Canada Tornado manufacter. I believe there was a posting on this site a few onths back from Kevin Hill. He built an all carbon boat using templates and a marstrom boat as a plug for molds. He did state he could make the templates available I believe.

Otherwise, your only hope is to ask the tornado association how to acquire them. I think there is a charge involved.
