Emmessee OP stranger E Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 17	Nacra Australia and Hobie are looking at developing an F14, but a set of universal rules have to be implimented. Is there someone who can help me out here as in Australia, we have guidelines, but no set "Formula" as yet to build a new boat around.
