Here in the US We are getting about 30 minutes of coverage per night that is quite good on the "Bravo" network. They have onboard cameras and great commentary (for both sailing newbies and experienced folks) from Gary Jobson. However, for the east coast time zone it comes on at midnight (9pm for west coast). My VCR has been in action!

They usually show one full race and then highlights from the other races before switching to something like Judo for the final 30 minutes.
