<br>The boats should not cost more than the class rules allow and could meet other measures like durabletests and size

<br>There could be some classes like the 3k$, 5k$, 10k$, 15k$, 20k$
<br>
<br>the goal of these classes is that the price of the boats would not inrcrease, like the tornado
<br>another goal is that the manufactures are forced to design the fastest boat at a certain price, so the developping on the boats will continue
<br>
