http://www.webbo.dyndns.org/sailing/ and select the file "h16_reaching.wmv". Don't left klick on it to play it from the server, right klick instead and save it to your harddrive and play from that one instead. Running it from the server will be a pain....
The server uses adsl (512/512 kbit). If several users are downloading at the same time you will have to share the available 50 kbyte/sec.
