I'm new to H16's, just bought one. What a blast this boat is to sail.

<br>I've seen several H16's that look to have a piece of 10" PVC (or some kind of pipe/tube), about 10' long, mounted on their trailer to stow sails and boom when not in use. I have also sometimes seen ads for used H16's with "sail tube" on the trailer. Anyone know of a source for these? I tried a few plumbing stores for 10" PVC but the price I get isn't a whole lot cheaper than just going out and buying the trailer toy box from Hobie. (Plus I have to buy a 20' piece, which doesn't help.)

<br>Anyone know any alternatives? I guess I could just build a plywood box but the tubes look a lot better idea.
