Hey Matt,

Flash will also play as it loads. I think the issue here is that the file was made at high resolution, so its ~20 Meg for a 4 minute video. Its a pretty big file. I made a Windows Media version and its not much smaller.

On a highspeed internet connection it should play just fine.

For those on a slower internet connection, I will add lower resolution versions for all videos. The lower resolution versions should load faster.
