With respect to Wouter Samama. The guy (and his crew Jeroen van Leeuwen) are the ruling Dutch F18 champions. And they were 30th in the 2004 F18 worlds that saw 150 crews competing. I wouldn't call him a midfleet sailor. More like a top 20 % sailor with a few victories under his belt. He is new to the Tornado class and will most likely have the train hard to get into the top 20 % of that fleet. But the guy has skills.
