They don't look like Americas Cup boats to me... Schooners (2 masts) were used from 1851 through 1899 when the 90 ft sloops were introduced (Shamrock series from Peter Lipton). I believe the schooners were gaff rigged not pinheads as in this picture. The picture shows they have pilot houses aft and are flying asymetrical chutes directly from the bow-rail. The bow rail is a cruising style 2 rail. My guess is that they are artist depictions and not actual boats.
