Perhaps this is not the correct forum, but I am just so pleased right now that I had to write. As it happens, I just made my second order/purchase from CatSailor. Unfortunately, I needed the stuff in a real hurry (my fault...newbie that I am) and figured I was out of luck. After placing my order with CatSailor late this past monday, I emailed the company and ended up corresponding with Gen Gibson. I explained my urgent (rush) situation to Gen who said "I`ll see what I can do". To my amazement, I already have my purchase in-hand (3 days later). In the 72 hours from when I placed my order, CatSailor managed to ship my purchase all the way from California to a little town about 2 hours outside of Toronto, Canada...This is simply fantastic! I just cannot let this kind of service go unrecognized.
...Another thank you to Gen as well as CatSailor! I am grateful and impressed.

P.S. Rick - perhaps your next videos could instruct on great customer service! I know of many places who could use a video like that...but not you guys.
