Yes I am doing the regatta at EYC this weekend, and I will have the boat at EYC next week as well if you are available after work we could go out.
There is a very active fleet that we have in Ontario and there are many events between Burlington and Belleville. See http://www.cat-alist.com/notices/2005/2005_orca_schedule.pdf for the full Ontario Schedule. Great group of people and lots of fun.

As for weight, it is a very important factor in deciding a boat. The 6.0 is just about the most weight friendly boat that you can sail. 400lbs of crew isn't a problem at all. The N20 is also very weight friendly. I think this is due to having lots of sail area, and lots of hull volume.

The f18 is very sensitive to weight which is a problem for me, and will be for you as well. See my post on f18 crew weight.
