I see what you're driving at Rolf, but surely it's aimed at simply stopping non-approved race meetings using words like "the ISAF RRS shall apply...." in their SIs?

The way around it is to publish a set of rules for the event/class that are to all intents the same as the existing ISAF rules but just with a different name?
