Thanks Rolf, that is an option. I've already built myself several sails,including (just a few weeks ago) a new spinnaker. So building a sail would not really be a problem for me, but then I don't know that I want to spend my time building a sail for someone else!!

I guess our preferred route is still to find a suitable used sail. If not then Peter's going to have to learn to sew!
