I got one today exactly like you describe. I am including it in its entirity so you see the clues. BEWARE because the link takes you into phishing hell, NOT to EBay. Not dangerous to visit but it lures you to give up your net identity. All of their EBay logos look PERFECT. Lucky for me, some virus protection or pop-up blocker I have on board jumped up and warned me that the link would take me somewhere other than to the one named.
