I have a H-16, 83. trying to replace the main traveler car. The track is so close at the corners I can't slide the new traveler on to the track.
You'll have to drill out the pop rivits that hold the track to the crossbar. Take just enough out so you can lift the track to slide the new car in.
Make sure you've got the right pop rivits to replace the drilled out ones.
