Stephen,

We are doing the F18 NA's here in Carlyle in Sept. I'm betting that if we had 1 or 2 containers here ready to ship to AUS that we could fill them after the event here to be shipped out to AUS. The biggest problem is that we are not a port city. In fact we are in the middle of the USA. I have no idea what we would have to do to get the containers to AUS. It's just an idea that I thought I'd throw your way to see what you thought. I think for $1500AUS we would have quite a few takers. I know I would be one of them. We are already having a container shipped from CA. Those guys I'd guarantee would go.

G'day Michael.

I am not very familiar with your geographical area, however I would imagine that if there is only a few from your area, you may have to road transport them yourself or arrange through a transport company. If you have enough boats, you could arrange to pack the container in your general area or at this event and have the container freighted to the nearest port via truck.

Firstly I would talk to your National body to see if they have any plans currently in place or if they have something already in the pipe line. Alternatively as mentioned before.......

"To take advantage of this deal we would recommend to appoint a representative from your region to take on the responsibility to organise the logistics required to make this work, this representative would need to make contact with our appointed freight organises regarding the following points.

- desired port of departure

- holding deposits by the 30th of September

- packing requirements

- documentation

- preferred departure date"
