Hi
I am sailing the nacra 500. It Is a club's boat - not mine.
I would like to buy a catamaran that I can sail alone, and sometimes with a friend.
I am not racing just having fun at sea.
Is the Hobicat wave with a jib is enough ? Or is it a slow and "boring" boat for me (after the Nacra) ? Or shoud I consider the Hobie cat 17 SPORT ?

Ido, it depends on what you are after, I suspect that the you will probably be a little bored on the Wave after the Nacra. The Wave has a halyard, a manual downahual, and a mainsheet - not much too it. I suggest finding another similar Nacra or consider a larger Hobie (16 or maybe a 17).
The Wave actually has a really neat racing class that results in very tight racing, but outside of that, I would consider the boat not terribly entertaining.
