There is so little difference in small boats and bigger boats. Sure, while you cannot trap, the balance attitude of the boat is the same -- forward and leeward in light air, aft and outboard as far as possible in heavy air.., and everywhere in between.

When I teach my seminars to big boats, it is almost identical (well, except for being sure to always have your jib sheet winch loaded with the lazy sheet at all times, etc.)
There is also some excellent footage of Cheekee Monkey doing a spinnaker takedown and jibing from starboard to port all at the same time at the leeward mark.
