About the only thing different I remember from Rick's book was that he recommended getting your righting line situated, getting on the hull and moving your weight toward the nose of the boat. Submerging the nose of the boat causes it to drag in the water as the wind blows the boat. The nose dragging will act as a pivot an turn the bow into the wind. Since you're already on the hull, you can begin righting immediately.
