You may be interested in knowing that we raced International 14 dinghies on Huntington Lake in the late 19 50's or early 1960's. They are a development class still popular with the single hull crowd. The trapeze was a radical new development popular at the time. A guy named Carter Pyle brought an interesting contraption to one regatta. It was the P-cat.

I remember being amazed one could have a drink of water by just dipping in a cup.
