I'm looking into a boat down there, and if anybody's going to be in the neighborhood anyway, I'd sure appreciate an opinion on the boat from somebody before I jump down there expressly for the purpose of looking it over and possibly concluding a deal.

I'd only be relying on you to help me decide whether to go see it; obviously the ultimate responsibility for an informed purchase must rest with the actual buyer.... but if you could id any real "deal killers" you'd save me a long trip from NY...
