Posts: 18 Brisbane | Hello all, If anyone would like to sell a set of daggerboards please contact me. My centre cases are 11" long. Having never seen another Mosquito before is this a normal size? Thank you, Matt mgregg@rfdsqld.com.au

My cases were 11 3/4" before I packed them and cut the boards down to 10". Since your Mozzie is a bit newer than mine I expect that the trend for reducing centreboard length had already progressed.
Most recent Mozzies now have 10" boards and they are set as far back as the rules allow. Some Mozzies have even gone to less than 10" boards.
Regards,
Peter

Posts: 18 Brisbane | Hi Peter,
I have no idea about the history on this Mosquito. I found it for sale stuffed in a shed used as a work bench at my workplace. Do you know what year your Mosquito was built so I have some idea how old mine is?
Thank you,
Matt

My Mozzie was built around 1980/81 which suggests that your pride & joy was built around 1982/83. There was prolific building of new Mozzies back then.
