About sailing tornados. I learnt how to sail on a Tornado, and we knew nothing about cats. So just get to it and try to make it affordable (dont break the boat, yourself or anything close to you when sailing). The Tornado is just a big beachcat and nothing to be afraid of. Yes, I have some scars but it will not kill you (as long as you wear a PFD and sail close to assistance in case of catastrophic failure of the boat)
