check out the noaa web site regarding wind chill. the standard chart goes up to 40 degrees, but it does apply at temperatures above 40. they even have a calculator on the web page. it takes wind speed and dry bulb temperature into account.

What I wouldn't do for windchills in the 20's right about now! It's all relative I guess.

We turn into whining complainers when this happens to us in July, much like Floridians do now!
