Orlando, FL | That knot will also keep the traveler from blowing out of the track. Not if you're using Jake's idea of knotting the rope ends where you can hold the knot while trapeezing.

| By golly you're right! But I do use a knot, appropriately placed, to prevent the traveler from coming untraveled.

Naples, FL | Screw it all, just have your crew hold the boom directly with his/her hands and dispense with the mainsheet AND traveler.
And just give them the clew of the spin to hold with their other hand.
That should clean up the trampoline quite a bit...
