Posts: 490 | This came out on Sailing Anarchy this morning after a 'lay' day yesterday. If you have not seen this: http://sailinganarchy.com/ check out why the Class has reached a crossroads. Our kids and grandkids will reap the rewards. | | | Re: A Class North Americans in Manteo, NC.

Posts: 3,116 Annapolis, MD | So... when you allow a gun into a knife fight... What happens??
Indeed your kids and grand kids reap the benefits because you are dead..
Clean reports that Mahoney is 2 to 4 knots faster and a lot deeper then a C foiled training partner...
As the class president, Landy said... No sense showing up at a championship without a flying boat...
The class needs to manage the competition.... that means two classes... a new ISAF flying class and the existing non flying A class... or two divisions using the existing ISAF class.

I have not learned much about doin' those quotes in a box or uploading photos, videos, and such in this forum...but I do know when someone tends to lean toward an over-dramatic writing voice. Of course, taken out of context some might see that last statement as a threat.
I hope to get a bit of helm time in on my F 16 this weekend, and run safety patrol for our annual Sea Buoy Race, first held in 1974, by the Northwest Florida Multihull Association. The race is currently sponsored by Pensacola Beach Yacht Club.
I looked at my fingers to see if they were typing, and I guess they still are.
Here's to typing a little today, and getting some boat time in tomorrow.
Try and avoid using such wit, as it may touch a soft spot. The gun/knife comparison does not even work as proven by the inventive and high quality workmanship of the sailors in this event, which is an honor to the Class and to sailing. They are inspiring.
